For most projects, these are the 7 key phases our collaborative process will go through. Every project is unique, and we will decide on the key milestones together during the project proposal. This outline is on the website to help give you an idea of what it will look/feel like to work together.

Let’s talk about what you need this design for! To get started, email Freddie today with your project idea.
Purpose: Is it a gift, merch design, an appliqué for a performance look, a logo for yourself or your business?
Vibe: What vibe, or style, are you hoping for? Are you looking for something dark and moody or bright and whimsical?
Subject Matter: Are there images or subjects you would like to be included, or colours you would like to avoid?
Budget: Do you have a budget you would like to stay within?
Timeline: Is there a timeline?
To help Freddie understand what it is you are looking for, this consultation can be done through video/voice chat or email.

After taking the information gathered in the initial consultation, Freddie will come up with a plan of action. This will include:
Estimated Price
Timeline for payments, drafts, and final copy (subject to change within reason)
Key aspects of design
Any other clarifications or key aspects talked about in the initial consultation

At this point, Freddie will require a 50% deposit. They will invoice you 50% of the highest quoted price.
For example, if a piece was given an estimated quote of $850-$1000, the invoice would be for $500, and the remaining $350-$500 would be sent upon completion.
You will receive a receipt for your deposit once Freddie has received it.
You will also be receiving a contract that outlines important deadlines for both Freddie and yourself. These will include deadlines for final deliverables and payments as were discussed in the initial consultation/project proposal.

At this point, Freddie works their magic and creates the first draft of your piece!

You will receive a copy of the draft when Freddie is finished for your review.
Is it shaping up the way you had hoped?
How do you feel about the colour palette and flow of the design?
Are there aspects that you don’t like or think are necessary?
Would you like more of this or less of that?
This is your time to make adjustments to ensure your vision is being met.

Taking what was talked about in the first draft review, Freddie will make all necessary adjustments and send the final design your way for one last look over.
This will be your last chance to make adjustments before the final piece, so be sure to mention anything you would like changed if you see it!
Additional revisions after this point will be an additional charge starting at $100.

Freddie has finished your piece and will send you the final product along with the final invoice for the remainder of the agreed-upon price.
Once the remainder has been paid, you will receive a receipt!
